Amelia S. Moen, J.D.
Amelia Moen's legal background in real estate, land use planning, tax and natural resource law enables her to provide valuable expertise to clients in a wide variety of 1031 Exchange transactions.
Prior to joining Summit 1031 Exchange Jackson Hole in August 2006, Amelia worked in private practice in California, first with the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP in both the San Diego and San Francisco offices, and with Allen Matkins in San Diego.
She received her Juris Doctor Summa Cum Laude from the University of Illinois in 2001, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and a member of the Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish, Magna Cum Laude, from DePauw University in 1998 where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to practice in California and Wyoming.
