Tom Masterson
Tom joined Summit in May 2005 as a Founding Partner of Summit’s Sierra Nevada Regional Division based at Lake Tahoe.
Tom has amassed 27 years Marketing and Sales experience during his career as both a business owner and president of numerous client service organizations. Tom graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and has been an active real estate investor for over 20 years.
Tom is certified to teach 1031 Continuing Education Courses in Nevada and California and is a current member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA).
Tom is an accomplished public speaker and educational instructor with over 20 years experience lecturing on successful sales and marketing strategies. He is a Certified Instructor for DPS Management Courses as well as S.P.I.N. Solution Selling.
Tom is a community supporter who is actively involved in humanitarian organizations and children’s charities. He has served as Vice President of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Nevada, is an active Rotarian and serves on the Red, White and TahoeBlue Board of Directors.
He enjoys downhill skiing, golf, sailing, percussion and travel with his wife and son.
